Still getting use to them

These are my first hearing aids. For the price I think they are fine. I'm still figuring out the 4 sound settings. I have only used them watching TV. I do notice an improvement in voice quality.

I hear really well with these, but because of a small right ear canal, it has been uncomfortable. The folks at Ozzi made some helpful suggestions but the discomfort (only in the right ear) continued. Then contacted me and offered some behind the ear hearing aid replacements, at no cost to me. I cannot say how impressed I am by their customer service and will happily recommend them to friends and family

They work fine I DO NOT NEED AIDS ALL THE TIME

The down side is tou only get 2 of each size flexible end caps I can only use the small size so how and where do you get replacements

These are excellent hearing aids that live up to everything that Ozzie states in its promotional video.

Excellent but charge only lasts approximately 10-14 hrs. This is disappointing.

Take some time getting used to, the whistling is annoying.

It was a challenge and with all your suggestions and instructions I cannot eliminate the buzz/chirp at a certain Hz level. Changing domes, program modes. And volumes only has lead to soreness in the ears. I Wear them from 6am till 9pm daily. They are too much of a nuisance to keep fiddling with. I wish and will be returning them.

The only drawback was it seemed to take a while to get it shipped to me

Paid for the upgrade but not sure if I got it as they look the same. How can I tell the difference?

Words are easier to make out, but I can't wear them long because they hurt my ears and whistle a lot.

They are better then nothing

Still adjusting to the new hearing aids, but like them so far.

Everyone will have to whisper now because I hear everything. I had a Phonak system it was hard to give it up but I kept at it and everyday is getting better. I have very small ears and they stick out a bit but my new hairstyle should cover them. Thank you for this opportunity. D. Waldron

I don't experience 4th level. My hearing aids seem to stop at 3 I would have liked a smaller raised button The sound it very good and they are fairly inconspicuous I tend to leave them on 1 as that seem to suit most situations

Have issues with one charging & also high squelching. Noise when I put it in or press button to change tone and frequency.

Still waiting for the upgrade. Presumably will have a chance to comment when they arrive

I have given a middle star since the hearing aids well packaged. They have not been used as the person meant for them passed away. Therefore no pictures to show. If this should happen to you please do not open the plastic package as your ability to be reimbursed becomes half your investment

The one on the left keeps whistling regardless of whether you're near electronics or not. I paid 457.00 CD for these
